Biography of Francesco Pia
Francesco Pia lives in Sardinia (Italy). He was born in late 1967 to a humble, poor, honest, and unfortunate family; after the death of J. Robert Oppenheimer, some believe he is his reincarnation, and the discovery of black holes(BH).
When he was four years old, not even seven years old, his little sister, Maria Severa, was in the hospital, suffering from Mediterranean anemia. His parents didn't tell him anything, and he ran away from home to look for her and help her, fearing he too would disappear. He didn't find a happy world around him. He understood everything at
ten, and by the age of eight he was hiding under his schoolbooks, which he enjoyed, and the elderly people in his neighborhood helped him.
Until he was nineteen, he attended compulsory school, where he earned a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Industry Technician with the lowest possible score, yet he studied, his interest in electronics growing. He completed his compulsory military service and attempted to pursue a career in the Navy because he wanted to study and work, but was
rejected. He entered numerous competitive exams: always excellent in the written tests and unsuccessful in the oral ones.
In 1989 he enrolled in Electrical Engineering, and in 1990 he developed multiple sclerosis. His father died in August 1993. At first, he passed one or two exams a year (he studied because he enjoyed it, not to pass them), but then he managed to pass up to seven in a year.
In December 1998, he graduated with honors (101/110) with a thesis on AI applied to hyperthyroidism. In 1999, he completed a Master's degree in optical technologies, with a scholarship, with a thesis on AI applied to Raman spectrography for wine quality; he didn't finish because he was passed over by the CEO of an engineering company that
focused primarily on GIS. Francesco was considering using AI to protect the environment from catastrophic events: fires, floods, etc. He won a scholarship for a PhD in "Mechanical Design" with a final dissertation in AI, "Neural Control" of Manipulating Robots". In September 2021, he traveled to Finland to present his results at a conference. His
professor rejected him as a researcher in Italy. He won, first out of three hundred in the written exam, the competition to teach "Electrical Engineering and Applications" to students aged 15 to 19.
Since then he started to think about teleportation to find his little sister, he tried various methods: where she was buried, documentary, dreamlike, popular voices, poetic; he only had the time machine left [11] and teleportation [3], [7].
He found it as a schizophrenic hallucination of a person, even in the cemetery of the poor (now she lies with her father, Francesco had her transferred), dreamlike, documented and dedicated a trilogy to it. I found it with two types of teleportation, emotional [3] and physical [7], now he feels serene. Since 2001, he began cross-referencing text messages and emails about physics topics that popped into his head to avoid amnesia; he didn't know it, but MS had made him forget about girlfriends, fees... but not his physics.
In 2019, he sifted through all the data collected and published all the works in the bibliography in 'Open Sciences'.
In 2015, he applied NNs to a life-saving vest that used online calculations of cardiometric impedance, "Wearable mechatronic device for diagnostics and tele healthcare in tourist areas (R&T-Rescue)".
In 2020, he applied NNs to find a vaccine for Covid-19, "A Computer System Based on Neural Network and Rules-Based System for Finding an Optimum Mix of Vaccine or Drugs for mRNA-Like Covid-19 Virus and Other Pathologies" [6].
In 2018, he had to use a wheelchair, and at school, they put spokes in his wheels, along with actual tripping devices and specially designed obstacles; reality surpassed his imagination.
In 2025, he highlighted the usefulness of AI to propose a method for undertaking the creation of the 'Dark Periodic Table'.

These books represent the initial and infant "seed" of my scientific path, which I call "Special Physics" which will then be exposed with about ten scientific papers where I am the one and only author. Starting from my little sister through nature they lead me to desire teleportation which lands in the third book where I describe the "Asynchronous Teleportation". All three books have helped me to remember and see my little sister Maria Severa again
Around 2012 about NASA called me, but I thought it was a hunters' prank and I treated him very badly because I heard dogs barking; the dogs were the neighbor's and I offended him by giving him harsh words: he made up his mind but it was enough to have a tea and hear from each other again.
Around 2009 Petrobras offered me the job, because I said at a conference that I could use neural networks to find oil even in the sea and in the Amazon forest without devastating it, my PC broke and I lost the link they gave me; the MS became PPMS.
Around 2008 Harvard offered me the job of Project Manager to put Chandra into orbit, but even though I was a PM I didn't understand the meaning of PM and I said no, the third time out of five.
In 2002 I started teaching in the state school "professional electrical scienze" to young students between 14 and 19 years old.

I started thinking about physical teleportation even when I was sleeping.
In September 2001 I participated at: “Neural Network Control in Robotic Manipulators”, INES 2001, 5th IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Engineering System, September 16-18, 2001 Helsinki, Finland, While traveling in Copenhagen I met an American manager, blonde and beautiful, who was going to H while travelling in Copenhagen I met a beautiful blonde American manager who was going to Hong Kong who invited me to stay in Manhattan in her apartment and threw me the keys at the table of the bar in the airport of Copenhagen, to rest and then talk about robotics and I didn't even leave her
my contact: another inexplicable no to going to the USA the second of five.
After a collaboration on a control board (GALIL ® ) to program the Robot present in my laboratory in Cagliari (CA) IT, I was invited to go to USC (CA) USA by Prof. St. S. to visit his laboratory (he sent me a private link where I saw him and incredible things about robotics: very strong emotion), but I did not overcome parochial obstacles and a few $ more than the scholarship that was not granted to me, and I said no to go to the USA for the first time in five to date. Unfortunately it went like this for MS, perhaps, I was newly diagnosed with RR events: my mother said she was not well and died after 24 years, the distrust of Cagliari on my potential: who knows, fate. In January 1999 I won a scholarship for a Master in "Optical Physics" : lasers, lasers ... and topidi (sardinian slang... etvoilà, oplà) and white light interferometry; and also the national competition for Teaching “Electrical Engineering and Applications” in the state secondary school. In October of the same year the scholarship for the PhD in “Mechanical Design” ... robotics .....“Neural control of robot manipulators” .
At 31 years old I graduated in Electrical Engineering with 101/110 and the thesis entitled "Neural approach to the differential diagnosis of hyperthyroidism", published in various conferences. At 26 years old my dad died, I started studying for the exams, I liked studying more.
At 23 years old I was diagnosed with rrMS
At 20 years old I enrolled in Electrical Engineering, I liked studying and the electron.
At 19 years hold I tried to undertake the military career but it was already evident at the objective examination some health problems.
At 14 years old I enrolled in a professional institute of electrical practice, I graduated with the minimum, my parents were poor and I was hyperactive, a pain in the neck, but I studied. Thanks to mom and dad, Anniva and Silvio, who gave me the Encyclopedia of Health and a typist course in 1982. At 13 years old I bought, between a sticker, a game of football (I was a goalkeeper number 1, initially a stop-gap player), the Encyclopaedic Atlas of Space, I was a NASA fan.
I started looking for it in the girls' eyes and among the stars of the night: it was there for sure, the brightest star, which one? Always with its nose up.
When I was 4 years old my little sister "Maria Severa" disappeared and I started to run away from home to look for her and not end up like her and I found a world that did not like curious children; layer after layer I forgot. At ten years old I found her red jewellery bag. My parents told me that I had had a little sister who died in the hospital.
It all started in 1967, Robert Hopeneimer died, someone told me that I am his reincarnation since I was born in December.
